 Uniform FAQs

Who should be ordering uniform tops?
Only players in 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and 16U baseball and softball. T-ball and Coed Little League do not need to order uniforms through program registration.

How will I receive my uniform items? Coaches will hand out all items purchased during program registration. This includes for baseball: jersey top, pants, belt, socks, and hat. For softball this includes the jersey tank top, visors, and socks.

What size top should I order?
This size chart should be referenced or you can stop by Fox Cities Embroidery (in Hortonville) in-person to try on all sizes of uniform tops or pants purchased through program registration. There are not "try-on" dates available locally. Keep in mind it's sometimes a good idea to order a size-up so they can wear their top for a couple of years.

What number will my child have on the back of their jersey?
Three number requests were available during purchase of the uniform top. The Club will receive all requests and assign a final number based on all orders received by the deadline of March 15, 2025. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but there are no guarantees for travel uniforms ordered after March 15.

What if I miss the March 15 deadline to order my player's uniform?
After March 15, uniforms can still be ordered online for a short time, however they might not arrive in time for the season and/or they may not have the player's last name and number.

Who do I ask about specific uniform sizing questions?
Contact Fox Cities Embroidery directly at 920-779-9560.

The fan gear store will be open sometime in May. When do I receive items?
Fox Cities Embroidery places weekly batch orders for all their open stores. Once the batch order is placed, it takes at least 14 days for the items to arrive in store and be printed. Order early to ensure it arrives before the season starts! The link to the store will be posted in the spring.

Fox Cities Embroidery has all sizes of jersey tops to try on in-store. Visit them at 251 E. Main St, Hortonville or call 920-779-9560.
