 Age Guidelines for 2025 Season

*Please note the age guidelines were updated on 2/7/25 for T-ball, Coed Little League, and Traveling Baseball to clarify which league players should be in. Calculations will now be done by the child's grade completed during the 2024-2025 school year.
Nothing was changed for Traveling Softball as they follow the USA Softball guidelines, which are very different than baseball.

 Frequently Asked Questions

When is registration for the 2025 season?
Registration opens February 1 and runs through March 15, 2025. We cannot create teams or game/practice schedules until registration has concluded.

Is there a sizing chart for traveling team uniforms?
Yes! Click here. If you wish for your child to try on any uniform tops, please go to Fox Cities Embroidery's store in Hortonville at 251 E Main St. Hortonville, WI 54944.

Why is there a late fee?
In order to ensure uniforms are ordered on time, coaches are secured, and practice schedules can be created - registration deadlines will be enforced moving forward. Late registrations (if accepted) will be subject to a $25 late fee and the player might not have a personalized jersey or choice of number on the back. We will not accept any late registrations after March 15, 2025.

I'm interested in coaching! Now what?
We thank you for your interest! To officially become a coach, click the 'Registration' link on the top toolbar (one registration is open in February) and Enroll yourself as a Volunteer. If you have questions on coaching you can contact our Club President at this link. We will be holding coaches meetings in April, dates are listed at the top of this page.

How will coaches communicate to parents?
We are conscious of the fact that many families have children in multiple leagues. If each coach communicates in a different way, this is extremely difficult for parents to manage. Coaches use the TeamSideline platform for communication to their families. The mobile app can be downloaded for free by both coaches and parents. We strongly discourage coaches to use group emails and group texts. See our TeamSideline support page.

How should I communicate to my coach?
We strongly encourage all parents to use the TeamSideline platform when communicating to their player's coach. You can download the free mobile app or login on any internet browser. It takes less than 5 clicks to send a notification to the coach using the mobile app. See our video tutorial section video to learn how to send a communication!

My child's birthday is in the middle in the season. Where should they play?
The age guidelines in the photos above for baseball and softball show where a child should play based on their grade completed or, in the case of softball, their birth month and year. Any exceptions to the age guidelines must be approved through the Board of Directors by sending an email to Brian.

My child's birthday is late in the season and all their classmates play a league up. Can they join that league instead?
Players are allowed to "play up" with children who are older than they are, but they cannot "play down" in a younger division. For example, a child who is 12-years-old could "play up" with 14U, but could not "play down" with 10U. Please consider your child's skill level before having them play up. Coach and board approval is necessary for anyone to "play up" in our Club. Email Brian for any age exception requests.

What equipment do I need to provide?
See our Equipment Page or your team's individual page by clicking the 'Teams' link on the top toolbar.
