How to pay for a sponsorship

Option 1: Mail this form and a check to W-F Youth Baseball & Softball, PO Box 152, Weyauwega, WI 54983. 

Option 2: Pay online using these instructions. 

  1. Click HERE to be directed to the registration page. 
  2. Click the red Sponsor button. If you don't have a TeamSideline account, you will have to create one. 
  3. Once the account is created, choose the following options in the registration dropdown. ***Please ensure you are choosing SPONSORS ONLY! for the Enrollment Selection.*** See photo below. 
  4. Enter your company information and check out using a credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: Donation must be in prior to April 1st, 2026 to meet our supplier printing deadlines.

The WALK - $100 SPONSORSHIP (Concessions Banner) 

  • Your name (no logo) listed on the 2026 collective sponsorship banner displayed at the concession windows. 
  • Recognition on social media
The SINGLE - $250 SPONSORSHIP (Outfield Banner) 

  • Business name or logo on individual banner displayed on outfield fence in City Park for 2026 season. 
  • Your name (no logo) listed as a Silver Sponsor on the 2026 collective banner displayed at the concession windows. 
  • Recognition on social media 

The DOUBLE - $350 SPONSORSHIP (City League Team Sponsor) Limited Spots (First come, first serve) 

  • Business name used as the official little league or t-ball team name 
  • Your name or logo on team uniform 
  • Team Picture 
  • Your name/logo listed as a Gold Sponsor on the 2026 collective banner displayed at the concession windows. 
  • Recognition on social media 
The TRIPLE - $500 SPONSORSHIP (Press box Sponsor) – Only 1 available! Limited Spots (First come, first serve) 

  • Your name or logo listed on a banner for the 2026 season displayed on the press box at City Park. 
  • Your name/logo listed as a Platinum Sponsor on the 2026 collective banner displayed at the concession windows. 
  • Recognition on social media 
The HOMERUN - $1000 SPONSORSHIP - Towards dugout upgrades at City Park! Limited Spots (First come, first serve)  

  • Unique opportunity! Your name placed permanently on a collective bench plaque located in the dugouts at city park 
  • Your name or logo listed as a Diamond Sponsor on the 2026 collective banner displayed at the concession windows. 
  • Recognition on social media
